Delete your FamiKey account
From the app
- Open FamiKey and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Without the app
Email us from your account’s email address at hi@vicxelcode.com with the subject “Delete my FamiKey account”. We’ll delete it within 30 days at most and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email, password and the link to your Google or Apple account.
- Your membership in family groups and any invitations you have created.
- The groups you have created, with their codes and their forwarding address: the other members can no longer see them.
We don’t keep a copy of deleted data. Remember to remove the forwarding filter from your email: any emails that keep arriving at a deleted address are discarded without being stored.
